not so great in humid climates
The evaporative air cooler worked exactly as it was advertised. Our climate is just too humid and when it is 100° it really doesn’t help much.

Cool purchase
The product works just as advertised!
I included a bag of ice with the water
and the cooling effect was immediate.

Dissappointed
I bought this item but it doesn’t work in my house. My room is bigger so I tried it in my daughters room which is much smaller in size and it didn’t work at all.

Do not waste your time and money buying this item
I have a very small room and gets heated up quickly with evening sun.I thought this product will help but doesn’t make any (absolutely nothing)difference.

Inexpensive Cool Air
I use this unit in Los Angeles, CA. I have a 500 sq ft 2nd floor apt. At 4:30 pm, I put two trays of ice in the unit along with 1/3 tank water.

Air cooler – OK
The unit never turned on. When I called sunpentown, they sent me a document which I tried, but it still did not work. I sent them an email, but they kept quiet.

it works
i just ordered another one. i live around the inland empire california where the humidity ranges from 27%-35% and temps of 78f-93f in the past few days indoors with no ac.

Good
Instead of using a fan blowing HOT or WARM air to your face, this product will blow COMFORTABLE air, not COOL or COLD.
